Born in Nürnberg, Germany, artist Nina Urlichs explores themes at the intersection of humanity, space, and nature, often emphasizing their emotional and poetic dimensions. After earning a diploma in fashion design in 1992, she shifted her focus to the visual arts, pursuing further studies and training in France, Austria, and Germany until 1996.

Nina has participated in group exhibitions in New York, Paris, and London. She has also taken part in several international residencies, including in China, at 59Rivoli in Paris (2015–2016), and in Tuscany, Italy (2021). Her work has been featured in publications such as Annuaire OFF, Artscene France, and Visionary Art NY (2022). In recognition of her practice, she was recently awarded for her drawing by the Taylor Foundation in Paris.

She currently lives and works between Paris and her hometown in Germany.
